Joinsun's R&D team has been deeply engaged in power battery technology for many years. The company has established the Zigong Lithium-ion Battery Technology Research and Development Center and the Zigong Enterprise Technology Center, and has assembled a research and development team of 33 members, including four industry doctors and experts. The product range mainly includes nearly 20 specifications and models of the 18650 and 21700 series, known for their high capacity, high rate capability, high cycle life, safety, and environmental friendliness. These batteries are widely used in low-speed electric vehicles, electric bicycles, power tools, electric farming equipment, electric toys, military radios, low-altitude economy, household and outdoor energy storage, and other fields.
Joinsun holds 24 patents related to lithium battery technology, production, and tooling, including 7 invention patents and 17 utility model patents. These patents cover material preparation, battery manufacturing, battery screening, battery testing, and equipment and tooling technologies in battery production. The company also has a professional and independent battery laboratory equipped with 108 sets of advanced lithium battery performance testing instruments and facilities.
